At Happy Being, we want you to feel your best with every purchase; if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened nutritional products. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we cannot accept returns on opened goods but will provide a full refund or replacement for any damaged or defective shipments.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Email our support team at hello@happybeing.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
- 2.Approval and Labeling
Once our team reviews your request, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include in your package.
- 3.Package Your Items
Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
